Trusting Your Newborn Photographer

Newborn photography is SUCH an important decision. Your babies are only little once. And believe me, as a mother of 3, those years go by so fast. Having those memories to look back on and cherish (especially during those trying toddler years) is life saving some days.

What is also important is trusting your photographer. Newborn photos are an investment, and knowing that your babe is safe with your photographer can take a HUGE load off your shoulders. This sweet girl came into my studio and me and my assistant got to feed and snuggle her while mom and dad relaxed on my couch. Mom even said “I feel bad that you guys are just taking care of my baby while I’m sitting here.” But honestly, we LOVED it. I even snuck in some top of the head sniffs. There’s no better smell than a new babe.

Even if someone does not book a session with me, I always try to hammer in how important newborn safety is. Go with someone you trust. Most photographers offer payment plans and will set something up for your budget.
